The fjordal inlets that cut many miles through the rugged British Columbia Coast Range Mountains create some of the most dramatic scenery any where in the world. The deep forested valleys that feed into the inlets are gouged by wild rushing rivers running with salmon who attract bears, eagles, other wildlife and of course the fisherman!

The Running Bear Trappers' Cabin is built along the banks of one such river, the Kak-Wei-Ken, for real life in the Canadian wilderness. Join us for your very own frontier-style adventure: salmon fishing in the Kak-Wei_Ken, hiking through the spectacular landscape, watching bears, eagles, whales and other wildlife, all on a working trapline. There are very few experiences as authentic as this!

*The maximum group size is 4.  This is to ensure that our clients have a true wilderness experience and to   uphold our philosophy to maintain the integrity of the wilderness.  These are personalized tours and separate groups will not be mixed, if there is only one of you then the group size will be one.
